Aurora draws its inspiration from the colours and patterns of the Northern Lights. Each Aurora rug combines 65% soft polyester with 35% polypropylene and each rug has its own encapsulating character just like the Polar Lights. Each rug is woven by machine for a consistent finish and you can choose between four different sizes of your preferred Aurora rug.

Delivery
All our rugs are delivered by a professional courier services like DHL, APC or Fedex. All items need to be signed for; we can ask the courier to leave in a safe place but this voids the insurance. We can change delivery address to a neighbour if required. Delivery is normally next day once we mark the item sent, overseas deliveries will take longer. Next day deliveries are between 8am and 6pm, Saturday deliveries are between 8am and 12 noon. (Please note Saturday deliveries are £25)
Returns
If you need to return your item, we recommend an online courier broker like parcels2go, parcelmonkey or parcelbroker. Once the rug is back with us and checked we will issue a full refund. The only cost the customer will incur is the return postage. Please remember when inputting the return dimensions into the courier’s system, it’s the rolled-up size (package size) you input, not the size of the actual rug / item.
