The Dallas Rug Collection by Phoenox Textiles shows off how design can combine simplicity and elegance with ease. The rugs are part of the Origin Décor Collection by the designer and show how simple colours and patterns work perfectly to create uniquely textured and original addition to the modern home.
Each Dallas Rug features a carved abstract pattern into its deep pile. The rugs are hand tufted for a high-quality finish and available in a choice of four different sizes. There are also three neutral colourways to choose from: Charcoal, Champagne and Mauve, allowing this rug to be enjoyed in many different spaces in the home.
Delivery
All our rugs are delivered by a professional courier services like DHL, APC or Fedex. All items need to be signed for; we can ask the courier to leave in a safe place but this voids the insurance. We can change delivery address to a neighbour if required. Delivery is normally next day once we mark the item sent, overseas deliveries will take longer. Next day deliveries are between 8am and 6pm, Saturday deliveries are between 8am and 12 noon. (Please note Saturday deliveries are £25)
Returns
If you need to return your item, we recommend an online courier broker like parcels2go, parcelmonkey or parcelbroker. Once the rug is back with us and checked we will issue a full refund. The only cost the customer will incur is the return postage. Please remember when inputting the return dimensions into the courier’s system, it’s the rolled-up size (package size) you input, not the size of the actual rug / item.
