HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY ON EACH RUG?

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
This depends if the item you have purchased is a stocked item or not.
Stocked items are normally despatched within 2 working days.
Items we buy in from the UK can take around one week, Items we buy in from Europe can take around 2 weeks.
HOW DO I CORRECTLY MEASURE MY SPACE FOR THE PERFECT RUG?
Simply measure the space and find the closest match on our products pages.
A good tip is you can place newspaper down on the floor to your required size and measure it.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes we do accept returns, the only cost the customer would incur is the return postage.
We recommend online courier brokers like parcels2go, parcelbroker or parcelmonkey to return the item.

We have over 1000s rugs on display and many samples and point of sales stands.
CAN YOU ALTER THE SIZE OF A RUG?
We can cut down and edge many of our rugs, please contact us if you need any further info.
DO YOU STOCK SAMPLES OF YOUR RUGS?
We have showroom samples of some ranges, we can send these out with a small refundable deposit.
Some shaggy rugs, we can send out yarn samples. Please contact us.
