Traditional Mahal Aubusson rugs in cream with a red border, a superior quality Indian rug with a dense and thick, heavy-weight, pure woollen pile, the backing is cotton canvas. Mahal cream & red rugs are hand-tufted in India to a high standard, the pile is around 2cm in depth, each rug is hand carved for a textured raise look. Available in 5 standard sizes including a half moon and a round rug.
Delivery
All our rugs are delivered by a professional courier services like DHL, APC or Fedex. All items need to be signed for; we can ask the courier to leave in a safe place but this voids the insurance. We can change delivery address to a neighbour if required. Delivery is normally next day once we mark the item sent, overseas deliveries will take longer. Next day deliveries are between 8am and 6pm, Saturday deliveries are between 8am and 12 noon. (Please note Saturday deliveries are £25)
Returns
If you need to return your item, we recommend an online courier broker like parcels2go, parcelmonkey or parcelbroker. Once the rug is back with us and checked we will issue a full refund. The only cost the customer will incur is the return postage. Please remember when inputting the return dimensions into the courier’s system, it’s the rolled-up size (package size) you input, not the size of the actual rug / item.
