Nashville rugs are handcrafted in India by skilled rug weavers whom have passed their trade down from generation to generation. This finely knotted collection features the finest pure new Argentinian wool. The design is called Gabbeh and is very popular, its roots stems back 100s of years. This basic but intriguing design resembles nomads and their herds of cattle roaming the fields and lands as a way of life and survival. The dense pile of pure new Argentinian wool is the decisive contribution to the special quality of this high-end rug collection.

Delivery
All our rugs are delivered by a professional courier services like DHL, APC or Fedex. All items need to be signed for; we can ask the courier to leave in a safe place but this voids the insurance. We can change delivery address to a neighbour if required. Delivery is normally next day once we mark the item sent, overseas deliveries will take longer. Next day deliveries are between 8am and 6pm, Saturday deliveries are between 8am and 12 noon. (Please note Saturday deliveries are £25)
Returns
If you need to return your item, we recommend an online courier broker like parcels2go, parcelmonkey or parcelbroker. Once the rug is back with us and checked we will issue a full refund. The only cost the customer will incur is the return postage. Please remember when inputting the return dimensions into the courier’s system, it’s the rolled-up size (package size) you input, not the size of the actual rug / item.
